I run marketing like a full team. Really it's just me and my AI agents.
I've done most marketing jobs at some point: product marketing at Inditex, influencer campaigns for big consumer brands, and years of growth, ops and design in between. Now I get that same range of work done by running a set of AI agents. And I'm happy to take on the boring, fiddly parts most people would rather skip.
what i'm about
I've worn every marketing hat. Now I hand a lot of them to AI agents.
For years I was the growth person, the ops person, the designer, the account manager, the partnerships lead, often in the same week. It sounds scattered, but it means I actually understand how the pieces connect. You get one person who sees the whole thing, instead of five specialists who each guard their own slice.
Now I use AI agents to cover that range without needing the team. They do the grunt work: research, first drafts, production, the repetitive ops. I handle the judgement calls: what's worth doing, and whether the output is any good.
what i'm running right now
Right now, I run the marketing for Boring Marketing.
Boring Marketing teaches local businesses how to use AI. I run their content and social: the newsletter, the X account (@boringmarketers), and the YouTube channel. Strategy, writing, publishing, growth. It's a fair picture of how I work: I pick up a new space fast and just get things shipped.

A bit about me
I'm Chinese-Norwegian, and I grew up in a small Norwegian town with my Chinese family. I studied International Affairs and Chinese in Washington DC, then did my Master's at ESADE in Barcelona, got into marketing there, and mostly never left.
Along the way I started my own sustainable-fashion project, then became the very first full-time contractor at Boring Marketing, an SEO agency, and grew with it into running account management for a 40+ person team, 30+ clients, and more than $100k a month. I like variety and I like figuring things out, and lately I'm a bit obsessed with getting AI agents to handle the work I used to do by hand.
